Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items

- Sale or clearance items
- Personal care or hygiene products
Return Process
- Contact customer support at support@esellmart.shop with the order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact support@esellmart.shop within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
